How do I pick the right size?

Check the size chart in the product photos and measure before you order — it takes a minute and saves a lot of hassle. Between sizes? Go up. If you're not sure, message us and we'll help you work it out before you buy.

How long does shipping take?

2 to 4 weeks to most places. Our stuff comes from overseas, and we'd rather be upfront about that than promise two days and let you down. You'll get a tracking number as soon as it leaves, and you can check on it any time.

Will it look like the photos?

That's the whole point — if it didn't, we wouldn't sell it. Our photos and videos are of the actual product. Small differences in colour or finish happen from piece to piece, but what you see is what shows up.

What's your return policy?
